Meet Our Leadership Team
Sylvie is the CEO and co-founder of Lynx Educate. Prior to launching her company, she was CFO of the largest French private higher education group INSEEC U. where she participated in a successful LBO. She held finance, business development, and operational roles at Laureate Education in Latin America over a 13-year tenure, including CFO of Mexico/Central America while based in Mexico and VP Finance Latin America in Miami. Sylvie received an MBA from Wharton and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
Kostas Saridakis, the Head of Product at Lynx Educate, blends a rich tapestry of experience across healthcare, edtech, and e-commerce industries. A former Deloitte consultant and 2-time entrepreneur with a notable exit from e-table.gr, he shapes the company's product vision and leads the product design and development, backed by an MBA and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Lamia is the co-founder and Chief Academic Officer of Lynx Educate. A committed educator who is passionate about helping students realize their full potential, Lamia was a Physics teacher for a few years before serving as Dean, and then as CEO of both an engineering and business school in Paris: ECE and European Business School. She holds a PhD in Nanophysics from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI) and a Master of Science in Education.
John Deliyiannis channels over 15 years of experience as a senior software engineer into his role, drawing on his extensive background with digital health startups to adeptly oversee all technical aspects of product development and systems administration, all built upon a robust educational foundation with a BSc in Computer Science.
Frances has spent her career working in the Edtech space on issues ranging from access to higher education to workforce development at Guild Education and Entangled. Orginally from the United States and now based in Paris, Frances is driven by her passion for increasing access to education for learners across the world.
Thierry Le Hir has worked 15 years in education institutions, first in the ECE engineering school in France and later in a larger European higher education group. Thierry is an engineer with a Master’s in business administration, who has spent his career implementing processes to improve student outcomes. He is originally from Brittany.
